Come enjoy this oasis in the gated community of Tortuga Bay. Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choice for your vacation.

5 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, on-site cook and housekeeping, family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for a game of pool, or another upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front gardens.

The bigger pool heated of Tortuga Bay (84 F, 50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiants.

Outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

Property is surrounded by lush vegetation and palms giving you plenty of privacy. Plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

Wonderful!
We traveled with our 3 teenage grandkids and stayed one week. Everything was first-class! The home is exactly as described and the chef (Antonio) and assistants (Adelina and Mari) were excellent. They accommodated our every wish. The property manager Manuel was very accessible. He checked in on us several times to ensure we were having a good stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and watching movies using the outdoor screen. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of the internet. The golf cart made the beach very accessible. The beaches were breathtakingly beautiful with clear water and clean sand. The entire resort area was very secure and felt very safe. The PUJ airport was also a surprise. It was very modern and extremely well-staffed for both arrival and departure. The Dominican Republic certainly understands the impact of tourism and it's evident they make it a priority.

Awesome Trip!
Everything about this villa is stunning! The staff made our trip absolutely wonderful! From the transfer driver, Mr. Leandro to the manager of the villa, Mr. Manuel to the chef and villa attendants Domingo, Adelina & Marie and finally to our host, Leny! Great Stay

WOW! Beyond Grateful!
I had a work trip in DR and I told my wife let's take the family with us. I flew in a few days earlier and stayed at a Hotel since I was working on another side of town. I let the property manager know I wouldn't be there when my family arrived and to please take care of them. They were beyond helpful with accommodating my large family and our 7 month infant along with my 6 year old nephew. My wife couldn't believe the helpfulness after a long 6 hour flight to come into the villa and then me late arrival from work and the staff assisting me with a late dinner. The smiles on my family's faces made the whole thing worth while. We all want to leave reviews because aside from enjoy the beautiful country, the wonderful people, this stay made me want to come back and SPECIFICALLY stay at this villa & hopefully with the same staff. I could write amazing things about the beautiful property, which the pitchers do not do it justice, but the Management team, the maids, the Chief are the reason it all felt like a dream. Thank you Manuel, Adelina, Camelita and Anderson. SUNSHINE D3, We are coming back for sure!

Sunshine villa was amazing for our family trip. Communication leading up to the trip was easy and very helpful. The property itself was as good as advertised. Beautiful yard, pool, and neighborhood. The staff was incredible and the chef was equally as great. We hope to come back!

Best Family Vacation
We stayed at this amazing property with our adult children and grandchildren ranging from 2-7 years old . There was ten of us but the home was spacious and we never felt on top of each other ! The house is in an upscale gated community that is extremely easy to get around by golf carts ! Anna and Patricia took amazing care of my family and the house during our stay ! Domingo, let me just say “chefs kiss” he was so talented ! Every meal was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. Sushi night was incredible! Who knew sushi was his specialty! The house was spotless and well equipped! Emanuel the house manager was welcoming and knowledgeable. Don’t miss out on all the amenities offered in the community! The massages at the house were a special treat ! The transportation to and from the airport was included, and they were very prompt and professional . Grocery trips after the initial one are $40 even though the grocery store is easily accessible about 10 minutes away by car. We did end up, renting a car and paying less for the car rental then we would have to have the driver bring us to the grocery store and to swim with the dolphins . Even though we were only 10 minutes away from the airport, we were never bothered by airport or plane noise. It was the most relaxing enjoyable family vacation this far ! We are looking forward to returning!

Family Affair
My family had a 7 night stay and it was awesome, everything we hoped for and more. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Chef Charles was fantastic, he cooking was out of this world. I wish I could bring him home with me. We couldn’t get the outdoor screen to work, and the house manger Manuel, tried but couldn’t fix. Hot water was hit or miss, but it was bearable. The Best Family/Friends Vacation
My husband and I travel to the DR quite a bit and we always try somewhere new to stay. This time we selected this home in Punta Cana Resort and we'd agree that to date, it has been our best vacation yet. This home is well situated for young kids. They loved the pool and the movie screen at night. We all enjoyed Chef Francisco's food and the other staff was incredibly helpful. The home is very clean and well maintained. From pick up at the airport, arrival to the home, assistance while we were staying there to return to the airport, this team made everything incredibly easy. This is a home we are excited to go back to very soon. I cannot recommend this home and this team enough!

Never Wanted to Leave!
The overall property and experience was magical! There were different beaches and golfing to choose from, and everyone in my family was happy with all the options! The house was beautiful and well-maintained. The chef and housekeepers were absolutely phenomenal! It really made our trip! We loved Oscar’s cooking so much that we canceled some of our reservations at restaurants so we could eat more of his food! We also ended up extending our stay by two nights because we just didn’t want to go home!

We had a fantastic experience at Sunshine Villa. We were originally going to stay at a large resort and we are so thankful we went this route instead. The villa is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The house staff is kind and helpful and the chef is amazing. We enjoyed the access to the beach clubs and those amenities. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful villa, great location, and wonderful staff!
This villa is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed for a week with our 3 adult children, their spouses, and our 2 grandchildren ages 2 and 5. Everyone loved it and had a great time! The air conditioning in all of the bedrooms worked well. The staff included one chef and 2 housekeeping ladies that also did all the serving as well as cleaning and were all wonderful! The pool was beautiful and there was also a nice yard for the kids to play. The screen overlooking the pool was amazing. We used it every night. The arrival/checkin all went smoothly. The driver was at the airport waiting for us. They provided a car seat and booster seat for our 2 grandchildren. We rented 2 golf carts to get around the area. We played pickleball, visited several beaches, the ecological park where we could walk the trails and swim in the lagoons for $10. There was also a playground and small petting zoo. We really enjoyed all the food prepared by our chef. The only thing to mention is the owner had assured us they can accommodate a vegan diet for 4 of us, but we quickly realized that the chef did not know what a vegan diet is (as opposed to vegetarian). We had to make a trip to the grocery store to buy products that were vegan. It was easy to find lots of vegan products at the store. After that everything worked out great and we were extremely happy with the food prepared by the chef and the presentation was beautiful! We loved our week at the villa! I’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Excellent in Every Way
Lovely, large villa with incredibly kind and helpful staff, very responsive host. It was wonderful to have our own chef, especially since we were traveling with an infant. Housekeepers were great— our family had a truly memorable time. We had the house manager shop for us, which was a great convenience. One thing I would do differently next time is to think through more carefully the meal planning and to provide a more detailed grocery list in advance. For example, we had chicken but our family prefers chicken breast and we often had chicken legs or thighs from not being specific. Not a huge deal, but something I hope will be helpful to other guests. Sunshine Villa is really beautiful with a large, very clean pool and nice bedrooms and outdoor spaces. I highly recommend it!

All we had hoped for!
Our family stayed at the Sunshine Villa for a week and our experience was perfect. The community location is very safe and we liked that it was so close to the airport. The property was just phenomenal and the staff superb! We ate out one night at YOLA and that also was well worth it. But - our in-house chef Antony made us amazing meals and the staff - the two "A"s - Anna and - sorry cannot spell our other staff 's name - but they were terrific. We loved the paella, the pasta, the chicken, the tacos - thank you, We had a wonderful time. Manuel was helpful and the owner Olivier was there upon arrival to ensure a smooth check in. The property was perfect for our family vacation - private, safe and we loved that all the baby things were provided to help us with our stay. We rented the golf cart and that is must to get around. We also golfed 1 day- course was amazing. The ecological reserve nearby is also a must- accessible by golf cart! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful house for a while. For any guest planning to go - don't hesitate but do not spend too much time on the menus that are sent in advance. The approach to food is very flexible and staff will work with you to prepare. I would also next time, only do an initial small grocery order and work with the chef and manuel to plan the grocery trip based on what we want for the the rest of the week.

House was fabulous and plenty of anything needed. Fantastic management and staff couldn’t have been better. Anna and adalina were super attentive and fantastic in delivering service. Chef Eddie is a great guy and cook. I’d easily recommend this villa and beach in front of la Cana clubhouse a short golf cart ride away.

An amazing week!!
We had a fantastic week staying at the Sunshine Villa. We were 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-10) and it was just perfect. Everything was as beautiful as in the pictures and the food was amazing. Leny provided us some sample menus but what the chef made for us was far more exciting and delicious! Filet mignon, lobster, paella, options for the kids, etc. We mostly used the Weston facilities for the beach and they were perfect for our group. I never want to go to a resort again after this wonderful experience! 10/10!!

Our stay was great! The home is beautiful, spacious, and the staff are amazing. The home is only air conditioned in the bedrooms which was unexpected. The air condition in certain rooms didn't produce much cool air but overall everything was great. The host, Leny, is a great host.

Gorgeous home in a great location within Punta Cana Resort. Airport pick-up was convenient and driver Leondro was very helpful. (We ended up using him for all our transportation needs while there. Ride to/from airport is paid by home owner (except tip) - other rides very reasonably priced) House is clean and modern with an abundance of space. Bedrooms/beds are nice-sized and cool quickly when a/c is turned on in the evenings. (Only bedrooms have a/c which seems to be typical of DR homes, but not a problem as we spent most of our time outdoors where there's a lovely breeze.) Pool area is stunning. Pool is gigantic, furniture is comfortable and the landscaping is gorgeous. Every night we watched a movie together either in the pool or on the huge couch. What a treat! Having said all this, the greatest part of the home was the staff. Eddy, Ana and Francea took great care of us and treated us like family. Eddy is a great chef and always provided lots of variety. We rented 2 golf carts so our kids (older) could be on their own to explore. We had so much fun both at the resort and out and about in Punta Cana. Highly recommend Monkeyland, Scape Park and Happy Fish Catamarans. (When booking excursions, choose Tortuga Bay Resort, a 3 minute golf cart ride, for pick-up as most places will not come to private homes). So grateful for our week in this fantastic home. We can say with certainty that we will definitely be back some day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great girl’s trip
This house is beautiful. The yard and pool area are amazing. We really enjoyed the movie screen—we loved playing music and watching the accompanying videos. It is a short golf cart ride to the beaches which they will have at the house if you rent them. We enjoyed going to The Westin the most to access the beach, you do not have to pay to use the beach chairs (note they do not take cash for payment at the bar or on the beach). Definitely recommend having massages at the house, they were great. Our house ladies were amazing all the way around! Our chef was Simi and he was really fun. Beds were comfortable. The food was good— had breakfast, lunch and dinners. Service was amazing by all 3 staff members. Things to note—they do not provide any soap, shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. The master bedroom was the hardest room to cool so if you need a cooler room choose the smaller ones down stairs. Also, be very specific with your grocery list if you want a different menu than they suggest. We did a Saona Day tour through Viator that was an amazing day, Melvin was a great guide. Our group loved hanging at the house all day in the back yard and by the pool. And we felt very safe in the entire resort complex. Definitely take advantage of the discounted price as a “member” and spend time at the beautiful lagoons-very nice surprise not far from the house.

Amazing experience with access to beautiful beaches and beach club. In house chef prepared great meals and staff was attentive to every need. The host provided a birthday surprise that we will cherish forever. Love! Loved the experience. The house, grounds and pool very well kept!! Definitely a repeat for me.

Nothing Short of Perfect!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is amazing. The house is amazing. It is the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. We really enjoyed how few people were around the resort and on the beach. I highly recommend staying here!
