"This is the most well-equipped apartment we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the outside spaces due to the humidity but they were lovely.We had an issue with one of the toilets during our stay but this was resolved by the host within an hour of us notifying them. "Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. "

"Our family had a lovely week staying at Dawn’s Xaman Ha condo. It was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our patio. Dawn was a very responsive host.
