Casa Carlita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located two blocks from the ocean front in the residential neighborhood Corpus Christi. The home has a comfortable living and dining area with delightful rustic Mexican furniture. The bedrooms are large, at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath for total privacy.

The modern kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. A/C mini splits and ceiling fans throughout. The air conditioning can be set thermostatically in each room via a hand held remote. In Casa Carlita guests will enjoy the comforts of home, including cable TV,VCR/DVD and stereo. There is a small safe with a programmable digital lock, DVD movies and a reading library. Wireless high speed internet access is free, so bring your lap top.

The front courtyard is surrounded by a high wall that offers guests the total private use of the kidney shaped swimming pool. There's plenty of outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun,an outdoor shower and scuba rinse tank for scuba divers to rinse their gear or snorkeling equipment.

Casa Carlita offers top quality accommodations for 2-5 guests, a great location only one street away from the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor, and several ATM machines. Nearby is a modern new multi-screen movie theatre, there is a public beach within walking distance, plus Casa Carlita is within walking distance to town.

You will find Casa Carlita is well maintained, the house has a pool man and a maid to make sure the house stays in good shape and is a comfortable home. Plus, the outdoor area with its covered patio, garden and pool is a tropical delight.

Private and secure, Casa Carlita is only two blocks from the waterfront Cozumel Palace Hotel and has easy access to all the shops and restaurants in San Miguel.

Fantastic!

Great location for in town restaurants and groceries. Nice privacy for house and pool. On a quiet street. Very clean with modern conveniences but with appealing Mexican decor (not overdone). Super nice manager, Victor, is very helpful and communicative as is the host/owner. We plan to be back!!! Thanks!

What a beautiful amazing home

Casa Carlia is an Awesome place to stay!

We have stayed at Casa Carlita's several times. This time was for two weeks. Each time has been wonderful. Everything at the house is perfect. Just like home

Our stay was very enjoyable, as the property was well maintained and equipped with all necessary provisions. Carla was very helpful in answering our questions, and helping us book the week that we wanted. We had a wonderful host, Victor, to greet us, and a exceptional cleaning lady, Mary, who insured our stay was top notch. The house was comfortable and was perfect for our stay in Cozumel. We highly recommend this wonderful house!

Perfect in every way

I absolutely love this house and the entire staff. The only challenge is that it’s always booked - for very good reasons! It is quiet, very comfortable and very clean. Carla (host) is super responsive and Victor and Maria are wonderful. The private pool is spectacular before and after diving. It’s super convenient to rinse and store dive gear which I really appreciate. It’s far enough off the beaten path to not feel touristy and close enough to get to everything. Can’t recommend it enough.

Casa Carlita is Awesome!!!

Okay, if you look back at some of the past guest's comments, you will see a common theme with my wife and me. This is because this was our fifth stay at Casa Carlita and we have already booked our sixth for 2024. Carla's home is clean and organized. She recently purchased a new refrigerator and gas stove. Both are great. Her local representative Victor is very helpful and friendly. The home is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and about a 15 minute walk downtown. Thank you Carla. My adult son and I spent six days at Casa Carlita's and the stay surpassed my expectations. The home, the people, the beautiful ocean views, were just fantastic. Online reviews sometimes scare a person; I am happy to note that every scary thing I read about Cozumel was not true. We opted to skip maid service, but tipped anyway, realizing this is how people make their living. However, I did meet the lady that came on our last day and she was as sweet as can be! Victor, the VRBO representative, met us at the airport, waited for us to pick up our rental vehicle, and led us to the house; this in itself was FANTASTIC, it gave us time to acclimate to driving in Cozumel without worrying where we were going. Although we did not call Victor for assistance, we navigated and explored our way around with our mobile phone GPS; it was so CALMING and REASSURING to know that he was a telephone call away and would immediately assist us with anything if need be. This to me, was a HUGE asset, being in another country and having a personal contact was awesome. I am a single 65 yr old female and I came back excited to know that I can go to Cozumel by myself, rent a car, stay in Casa Carlita's and have the most wonderful time alone, travel around the island and be SAFE! There is not one thing that was lacking at the home, everything was PERFECT, I would not consider staying anywhere else on my next visit!

We loved our time at Casa Carlita! It was my husband, daughters (8 and 10), and myself. It was a beautiful and very clean house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was 2 blocks walk to a grocery store and my children loved the pool! The owner and the home manager were very easy to get a hold of and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Casa Carlita!

All we needed and exactly what we expected. A great house that we will certainly go back to. For us, the location was amazing, We had a car as we are there to dive and wanted to get about easily when we wanted to. Another Awesome Vacation at Casa Carlita

Well, as the title states, my wife and I had another awesome stay at Casa Carlita! This was our fourth stay at Carla’s home and our fifth stay is already booked. Carla is very attentive to any needs. Victor and Maria take great pride in making sure our stay is perfect. The home is clean, organized and comfortable. The pool is awesome! There are great restaurants and a grocery store close by. Carla certainly deserves a Superhost rating

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We came for diving. We rented a vehicle. Casa Carlita was perfect for our stay. Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. Most importantly, the property was EXACTLY as described. In addition, Carla and her staff were one-step ahead of us at all times. We were met at the airport. The housecleaning was top notch. Best Place to stay in Cozumel

To start with, this was our third stay at Casa Carlita and we have already booked two more stays here for 2023. The home is clean / organized and comfortable. The pool and garden area is perfect for relaxation. The walls are tall for privacy, but you still get great breezes. Downtown is walking distance for great food and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet. Victor (house rep) and Maria (housecleaner) are wonderful. Host Carla is quick to respond to questions and follows up to make sure we are happy. Excellent Stay

The owners were awesome to work with from start to finish! Great communication throughout the trip. The house was equipped with everything you would need from towels, linens, plates, glasses, pots & pans ect. The house was extremely clean thanks to Mary the cleaning lady! The pool was great for relaxing when we weren't out and about on the island. Great location!!! A block away from the grocery store, two & 1/2 blocks from the Melgar. About a 15 minute walk into town. Never once did we feel unsafe in the neighborhood! Can't say enough about the house!! We'll definitely re-book when it's available 😊
