"Very nice place. We loved having the beautiful back yard. Always felt safe and an easy walk to a few restaurants, shopping and trolley stop "

"Everything was great, but a couple days before our trip they sent a very long list of rules. I understand it's New Orleans, but I feel that information needs to be sent earlier. It did not keep us from having a good time though. "

"Loved the neighborhood.Good food and coffee shops within walking distance or just minutes away. Private parking right in front of the house. Easy drive, or Lyft to most of the sights and the French quarter. House was spacious and had great air-conditioning. House was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We forgot a personal item and the host' went out of their way to ship it to us. You couldn't be in better hands."

"Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay."

"Great location and very communicative host. Short ride to Bourbon Street and Superdome. Trolley stop right outside the house. Perfect for a weekend adventure!"

"Went to celebrate a family members milestone birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and the pier was terrific. A/C worked great which was a huge plus in sweltering heat. No hot water first day but owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running on day 2. There were tvs in most of the rooms but couldn't find remote controls. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very close to train tracks so bring earplugs."

"It's technically within walking distance but it is a long walk. It was about a mile walk to Canal street and to Bourbon St. I walk daily and it definitely seemed longer than a mile just because they have so many blocks and the pavement is very uneven so just know its not an easy walk. Other than that, I liked the location & neighborhood and the house itself. I would stay here again. "

"This is a beautifully restored shotgun house. In the front room, you can hear the sounds of New Orleans, but the bedrooms near the back are so quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to WWII Museum, Magazine Street shopping, and Garden District mansions. We love to walk, so we walked to the French Quarter/River as well. It was perfect for us!"

"The cobblestone walkway up to the red door is a great photo opportunity. The house is beautiful with all the little craftsman details. The modern kitchen was done in a very tasteful way that makes it blend perfectly with the rest of the home. Lots of space to spread out and hang out with the family. Designated parking that's not on the street!! The house wasn't cleaned well before our stay but our gracious host refunded my cleaning fee immediately. Super quick response time on communication. I...

"We stayed in this lovely home for a weekend while attending a concert in New Orleans. This place has everything. If you forget something, odds are it will already be there. The antiques throughout the home ate beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need including drinks and snacks. We would stay here again!"

"Mrs. Ursula was fantastic when we had a small issue we had to deal with..The home was VERY well stocked for us..She thought of everything! All in our group were very happy with the home..Wifi was a bit slow, but we weren't there for that..lol! Recommend to those visiting for the Louisiana Renaissance Fest..short 18 minute drive.. "

"We were looking for something that would fit our large group and that was close to the center. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The house was very basic but had everything we needed."

"Over all, it was a wonderful stay. The home is just how it looks in the pictures and fit our needs wonderfully. The home is tucked away a few blocks from all the hustle and bustle but the walk was pleasant and gives you a chance to see some other things the area has to offer. Even with it being so close to the highway it is a quite enough and we felt safe. Lost of room inside the house to kick back and relax and actually feel like home. The yard is large enough for both people and pets to enjoy,...

"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."
