"Beautifully renovated old home - only downside was rooms were on second floor and no elevator for luggage but Diane agreed to hold the luggage and I only took what I needed for my brief overnight stay up the stairs. She was very helpful! However listing said breakfast was provided but only coffee/tea were available. "

"The staff was very welcoming and gave wonderful advice on places to dine and visit. Room was super clean. Very quiet!!"

"Comfy little gem situated close to many of the attractions NOLA has to offer. Very clean, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. I would stay here again without hesitation. I have exactly 2 complaints: there were light bulbs that were on their way out and flickering in the room, and the mattress was so squishy, my arms would fall asleep from it caving in. Seemed it wasn't properly supported. Overall, however, a great stay."

"Love the property. The Blue Room was smaller than expected but still worked out great. "

"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from parking assistance to giving information about getting around the city during our stay. I forgot my card with my code to get in after hours and the front desk clerk answered the phone promptly and helped us get inside the hotel right away. The only drawback is the hotel is in dire need of repairs and the room was pretty stuffy but not unbearable since they provided a box fan to circulate the air. "

"This place is all right, all right, all right! The Old Jail is a gem, if you like original old buildings you’re in it for a treat! The Police Jail has a lot old charm and character, situated in Tremé / LaFitte neighborhood. Go to breakfast or brunch to Leo’s Bread or Flour Mood! Walkable distance to New Orleans Streetcars on Canal Street or take the city bus just around the corner! -Pierre"

"Excelente localização e check in bem fácil. Encaminha uma senha por e-mail para o acesso. Muito perto das principais atrações. Não usei o carro nenhuma vez. Da para ir a pé. Único inconveniente é que o local do vaso sanitário é aberto, sem porta ou cortina. "

"It was clean and had enough space for us, but we could have also taken the kids if we wanted to after seeing all of the toys, books, and games we saw. We didn’t utilize the pool but the scenery was great. Will definitely be back again. Hopefully in February lol"

"This property is a small cottage behind the main house. It was very clean and very quiet. There are many restaurants in walking distance, with 2 being right across the street. It was also a plus, being that you could ride the street cars, which has a stop right in the front of the house. It was only $3 per person, for 24 hours. Instead of driving our rental car, we rode the street cars. We even took it to go to the aquarium. I would definitely stay here again. And the host, David, was very...

"Erwin was an amazing host. The first night, he cooked dinner for us. It was amazing. On Sunday, he took us on a tour of New Orleans and shared some of the history with us. It was a pleasant drive and tour. I learned several things about The Big Easy that i didn't know. I will definitely book again with him and his family."

"Place was clean and just like the pictures. Bed comfy. I felt secure with the locked door with code. A little bit scetch walking to French flea market but just went out during day. Loved the apt!"

"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."
