This is a substantial home in an absolutely beautiful walk friendly neighborhood. We walked to Cedar Park two days in a row to enjoy the sculpture garden and the art museum. We walked daily in the neighborhood googling at all the different homes with their beautiful façades and gardens. "An absolutely spectacular experience, with incredibly friendly and helpful hosts and congenial fellow guests. The neighborhood is delightful, with many walkable destinations for food and entertainment. Never felt unsafe, even when walking through the neighborhood alone. "This was a quaint place located in the garden district. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk from the park and the street car system. Street parking was available however if it was not, there was also a parking lot directly across the street. It was well lit outside and felt very safe!"

Make sure if you go there to eat at Sammy's across the street (it was so good, we ate there 3 times. Also Mike the tiger was a highlight (he seems to be active and playful in the mornings). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it!"

"The firehouse was even better than expected. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space. Everything was clean and well kept. The location is also perfect. Close to many excellent restaurants and a short walk to bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The firehouse also added a great general vibe to the bachelor party. Finally, Beth was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would book again. Thank you for letting us stay in this awesome spot!"
