"We’ve been to NOLA several times and this was one of our favorite places to stay! Perfect location and felt very safe, but do not stay here if you’re even the tiniest bit of a light sleeper. There is no sound barrier whatsoever between the other rooms and outside. We expected the nightlife noise of course, but we could hear the neighbors clinking their coffee cup all early morning (through earplugs!) and it was so annoying. "Karen was an amazing host! She made us feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend staying here for the full New Orleans experience. Karen knows all the do’s and dont’s. Breakfast was delicious and room was clean and comfortable. Will definetly be back!! "

"The check-in process was smooth. The location is close to the trolley stop. The place was fairly quiet and the white noise machine helped at night. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend."

"The guest house was just what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is one block from Lake Pontchatrain which is beautiful. The hosts, Daniell and Vincent were warm and welcoming. All we had to do was ask and they were very helpful. Would we go back…absolutely!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Some issues with internet but it seemed the weather was the culprit. Otherwise, we found the apt to be clean and the description to be accurate."

"A group of us traveled to NOLA for the first time and stayed here. Accommodations were great! Gilbert and his staff were very attentive and made the stay great. There were many groups in and out during the course of out stay and everyone was very friendly. A great way to stay when in NOLA - would definitely stay here again!"

"What a beautiful home this is. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor but the owner allowed us to have a look at all the other rooms which were beautiful. Our apartment was very spacious with all amenities for self catering including washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable and lounge area also good. "Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."
