"DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The new keypad still had some quirkiness unlike typical keypads (sometimes it would take a few minutes...

"Foi excelente. Chegamos antes do horário do check in. Embora tenha portaria digital, fomos atendidos por funcionários muito gentis de outro hotel da rede e nos deram acesso. Localizado em local tranquilo, não muito distante da balada do French Quarter e próximo de 2 linhas do "street car", linhas 12 e 49. Próximo a lindíssima Avenida Saint Charles. Vamos programar para voltar no próximo ano."

"We stayed in Apartment 2 instead of the first floor. Our only complaint was the street noise. Traveled to NOLA to watch the Browns play the Saints at Superdome. Easy walk to Superdome. Blocks away from Bourbon St. Lloyd was very responsive when needed. There were tvs in each bedroom. Apartment was clean plenty bath towels for us. Many breakfast and ding available in walking distance Lyfts plentiful. Thanks Lloyd for sharing your space! "

"Communication was incredible. All questions answered promptly and professionaly. Plenty of space and very comfortable with a unique "shotgun" layout. Older neighborhood, rough streets, but that's New Orleans. Enjoyed our stay."

"A beyond great location - close but enough of a distance from Bourbon!! Lovely accommodations! Decorated with style …. Christmas tree was up! No need for a car- you can walk anywhere & everywhere! The host, Michelle, is dialed in with great communication. I would definitely stay again! A perfect time!!! "

"Two adults and two teens came to stay at this fantastic location for the Taylor Swift concert. This places was perfect for our trip. I cannot say enough positive things about the location, the neighborhood, the vibe. We felt very safe here as two women with two teenage girls. We were able to walk to a very nice restaurant, easily go to a nearby market, and quickly/easily Uber a short distance to the Superdome for a late night concert. The places was spacious for the four of us. TheRe were...

"Great location, steps away from Bourbon St. Apartment is well kept and decorated. Definitely better that a hotel room at comparable prices. I'll be sure to look at this one for future stays!"

"House was pretty accurate in the description. Beds were comfortable. Space was big enough for all of us. Neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but was safe. We did not have hot water in the kitchen. "

"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."
