"Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay."

"We were very happy with the house. It’s near many restaurants. The house is clean. I’m sure if we came back we book again. It was close to the Tulane Universty, French quarter, river. I was a very good place to stayed. Thank you."

"My husband and I came to New Orleans for our honeymoon as stayed here. It was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect walking distance to a bunch of places and the owner of the home was so accommodating for our dogs. He was even left a list of must try places so we were never bored. "

"Loved the house and location! My kids really enjoyed the foosball table. It became an evening routine for us to play. The only suggestion I have is to add a hook in the bathroom for towels. Thanks for letting us use your home for our NOLA trip. "

"Very walkable and close to food"

"My family and I stayed for the Thanksgiving Holiday and the house was perfect. The location is minutes away from the interstate and downtown New Orleans. Pat was friendly and communicated fast. The house was very spacious even though we didn’t utilize all the beds. The neighborhood looks a little shabby but we are from New Orleans so that didn’t bother us it was peaceful and quiet at night. Would definitely book again!"

"This is a beautifully restored shotgun house. In the front room, you can hear the sounds of New Orleans, but the bedrooms near the back are so quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to WWII Museum, Magazine Street shopping, and Garden District mansions. We love to walk, so we walked to the French Quarter/River as well. It was perfect for us!"

"The house is nice. The listing wasn’t very accurate as far as location and description. There are 4 bedrooms instead of 3 and there is no hot tub. When I read designated parking I assumed off street parking but it is on the street but directly in front of the house. I really liked the back porch and the satsuma tree in the back. The backyard is also private which is a huge plus for me. The neighborhood was very quiet. If you haven’t traveled to New Orleans before it’s easy to assume it’s a bad...

"Our chosen family had a great time in Nola for Halloween. The house was immensely spacious, plenty of room for all of us. My pups really enjoyed the space as well. We loved the amount of bathrooms as every bedroom had one and its been confirmed that one of the bathtubs is quite comfortable if you happen to fall asleep.there. Thanks for hoating us!"

"House was spacious and comfortable. Decor was a perfect mix of New Orleans pizazz and rockstar flare. Fabulous location with very friendly neighbors and we felt very safe walking at night after a short stroll .even played a game"

"This was our 2nd time to rent this condo. We had an absolute blast! 4 blocks from Royal St. Great shopping, great food, great location. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mike for being a fabulous host!"

"The home was absolutely wonderful. Every person we talked to said that Chalmette is the safest town in the area and we were comfortable walking to the Fiery Crab (you must try!) and other businesses in the area. The back yard is great and the pool is wonderful on a nice warm day. Mike was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We got to chat with him when he stopped by to tend to the pool and it was so nice. We will definitely be back!"

"Very clean and very well designed. The property is excellent! The only thing is the area didn't feel very safe, so we didn't walk to and from the centre. Bus very close and Uber rather cheap. So no problems 😃"

"Excelente localização, cama confortável, banheiro com ducha maravilhosa , limpeza diária, abertura de cama. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Lobby bastante movimentado ppr causa do bar. Com certeza me hospedaria novamnete."

"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."
