"Very clean and comfortable. Our room was on the 3rd floor, up a steep staircase, but that was fine for us. The hotel was lovely and the property was well-kept. We especially ate at the hotel dining room and at the Pier. The dining room was tasty, but you can't beat a cocktail at water's edge"

"Our group of family and friends spent a week here to celebrate my 50th birthday. There were so many places to sit and read or do a jigsaw puzzle or have a conversation. We swam, went kayaking, found all of the little castles in South Hero, got creemees at Seb’s, walked on the causeway and watched the Plattsburgh fireworks on the 4th of July. Also played badminton and had a fire on the last night to make s’mores. Could not have asked for a better spot."

"This property is truly special. Staying in this lovely guesthouse for 2 weeks right at the shore of Lake Champlain was idyllic, relaxing and rejuvenating. The house has everything one would need, and is situated off of a lovely country road which provides lovely scenic walks. I felt welcome immediately by my hosts and cannot wait to return soon!"
