"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. "The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!). The kitchen has a TON of equipment if you are keen to cook any of your own meals. Beds were comfortable, fold out sofa was fine (fold out sofas are what they are). "We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again."

They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub!
