"First, let’s start with location. This property is in the heart of the beach community and just blocks from the water. Ideal location! Secondly, the owners were very nice and promptly responded to questions and requests. Finally, the space was nicely decorated and equipped. The only issue we had related to a dirty air conditioning unit. Its filter was dirty and there appeared to be some black spots in the vent. We thought it may have been the onset of mold. The owner disagreed...

"Nice location, house needs a little attention. Would have been nice to swim, needs a pool heater. Beds were very comfortable. The house and outside area was nice. "

"We just spent 4 wonderful nights at the Luxury Guest Cottage in Thousand Oaks. The cottage is very private with it’s own entrance and a fabulous deck with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Valley. The guest house itself is very comfortable and modern. Beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked for all your needs. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. On site laundry available. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. I wish there had been trays to make ice cubes. Not enough room in freezer to buy ice and store it. Nice fire pit to relax by but the outdoor loungers were not something I wanted to sit on as they were covered with bird poo. We did use the bicycles to ride to the market and breakfast which was a great little amenity. Just an fyi that there is no off street...
