"Several of us traveled to PR to attend a concert of our favorite artist at the Coca Cola Music Hall. The house was great for us and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very attentive to our questions. Great location although in a busy area we felt quite safe and secure."

"Beautiful property but not quite as advertised. Beach is a 20 minute walk away. Very noisy from next door hotel with aerobics starting at 0800. Pool could have been cleaned a little more regularly. Above average host company. Came immediately when called for the stove. Perfect accommodations for our group. Quiet season (as soon as morning aerobics were done) spacious. Will stay again!"

"This is a fantastic property! It is literally 30 seconds from the beach, and is stocked with everything you could ever want: beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports toys, etc. The house had plenty of space for our group of 4, and is 12 min walking from a great grocery store (SuperMax). 5-10 min walking away from a ton of restaurants. The beach we had cannot be beat. We spent a day in Condado as well, and the beach here at Ocean Park was waayy more our speed (fewer tourists, less noisy,...

"The building is run down, but don’t let that deter you. The condo is clean, adorable, and comfortable. The location is excellent, as you are close to the airport and literally one block from the beach. The outside of the building is a three out of 10 but the condo itself is a 10 out of 10!"

"This villa was a perfectly, quaint place for my friends and I to stay before our return flight home. It was welcoming, comfortable, and cozy. It was easy communicating with the owner for clear directions, although our driver did not follow them and got lost dropping us off and picking us up. Overall, it was peaceful. We got much needed rest before long travel back to the US. I am hoping to visit again soon. I would indeed recommend to friends or family."

"The house was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. It was located in a agreat location, very close to the beach. Joel was attentive to our needs. There were a few things that didn't work. The light in the family room and the front door-we could not figure out how to open it. We just used the garage and it was fine. "
