"A beautiful property-very nicely landscaped. Very comfortable furniture and beds. The outdoor showers were a lot nicer than anticipated. AC and fans in bedrooms were great. Kitchen had everything you could ask for inc. coffees, spices, oil, foil, baggies. Loved the ice machine and wine cooler! So many extras were provided - this is how a VRBO should be… but rarely is. The rainbows when it rained were beautiful. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. Lounge chairs everywhere. The open air living...

"Triton's Overlook is an amazing property. The house was more than big enough for our 8 person family. It was easy to gather in either of the large family rooms or hide away for some alone time by the pool or beach area. The welcome gift of large fruit basket was greatly appreciated. We had hoped to be able to swim and snorkel in the cove but the rocks and waves made this a little challenging. Overall a spectacular home that helped our family have a wonderful experience."

"We loved Guavaberry Hill. Was perfect for our family of four. Enjoyed the mildly challenging but short walk into town for meals. The view from the patio was fantastic. Finally, the easy drive to many beaches in the National Park made for a memorable family vacation."

"What a lovely week we had out on the East End. Very comfortable house with great decks and a wonderful plunge pool. The house is well situated to catch cool breezes and watch the sun set over Bordeaux Mountain. When we didn't feel like driving to other beaches, walking to the beach at the bottom of the hill was perfect. "

"So glad we found this property! Beautiful views all day, pool, deck, grill and plenty of space. Loved that the property was out of town and a short drive to town or point udall. Owner is extremely responsive and took care of all of our needs. Highly recommend!!"

"The owners went above and beyond to assist us in all our needs at Cane Bay. Having concierge guide us from the airport was invaluable. The home was so comfortable and well appointed. It was so easy to unwind. The only jump scare was the trek up and down the hill to the property, but with 4 wheel drive, it all worked out. We will always look back at our stay fondly! "

"We were a family of 11 staying there. The view was amazing and we had beautiful sunsets. The bunk beds worked out well as we had some single folks with us and a couple of young ones. The bathrooms could use some shelving as there isn't any place to put your toiletries. Pool was small but the children still had fun in it. The path down to the beach is very rocky and steep in some areas. It would be tough with little ones and elderly. Solomon was great with quick responses on questions we had...

"We absolutely loved Blue Agave Villa. The house was much better equipped than others we have rented on St John. I honestly can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was so convenient to stores, restaurants and the center of Cruz Bay. However, when at the house we felt far away from any activity given the quiet and the incredible views. Jackie was wonderfully helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back!"

The location in Coral Bay is perfect as we enjoy the quieter side of the island. We really appreciate the thoughtful use of extra items such as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Hotel falido e funcionários mal educados

"O Hotel está falido. Há décadas sem manutenção, tudo quebrado. O serviço, sem dúvida, foi o pior que já vi. Com falta de funcionários e os poucos que trabalham são extremamente rudes e mal educados. Não há qualquer tipo de auxílio aos hóspedes, as coisas básicas faltam… a limpeza é inexistente, o hotel parece um cenário de guerra. Chuveiro não funciona, vaso sanitário não funciona, é tanta sujeira e cabelo de outros hóspedes que chega ser assustador. Ficamos 2 dias no hotel e a experiência foi a pior que já tive, nunca tinha visto gente tão mal educadas, desde os hóspedes até os funcionários. Fujam pq é uma furada."
