"The suite itself was as advertised and met our expectations and needs. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels very much. There also were supplies for making coffee which was nice. The parking was not as advertised. There are two designated spots for a number of parties that is more than 2. More often than not, we had to park on the street and one evening it was difficult to find a spot. I found this frustrating as included parking was one of the criteria I used to select where to stay."

"This place and the views are just absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t do any justice you will have to be there to fill the serenity as what I am feeling right now! We had no trouble finding the place everything was equipped with all the amenities as stated in the itinerary. I absolutely love hearing the tropical birds at the residence. It is such a peaceful private place to stay for a vacation. I had no problems with customer service no problems that I can think of. The only problem I had...

"The hosts were so nice and left us local fruits and were prompt with any needs we had. The boat shed is a cute place to stay and perfect for two. "

"we began our trip on the "natural" end of St John's at an "eco-resort". One of those environmentally friendly shower with rain water, climb 30 flights of stairs to a treehouse kind of place. It was cool but after 3-4 days I'd had enough of the communing with nature. I needed creature comforts and wandered around to get a good internet signal and found this place on St Thomas. We booked it and then paid a local guy named Mango to drive us off the mountain and to the ferry. I rode in the back...

"We spent 8 days on island and this was the perfect home base for the week. It's not fancy, but it has updated amenities, it's clean, comfortable, has everything you need, (including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) minutes from Christiansted-but away from the crowds. When we had questions we just texted the owner and she responded within minutes. Definitely recommend if you're on a mid-range budget. It's worth every penny..."

Hotel falido e funcionários mal educados

"O Hotel está falido. Há décadas sem manutenção, tudo quebrado. O serviço, sem dúvida, foi o pior que já vi. Com falta de funcionários e os poucos que trabalham são extremamente rudes e mal educados. Não há qualquer tipo de auxílio aos hóspedes, as coisas básicas faltam… a limpeza é inexistente, o hotel parece um cenário de guerra. Chuveiro não funciona, vaso sanitário não funciona, é tanta sujeira e cabelo de outros hóspedes que chega ser assustador. Ficamos 2 dias no hotel e a experiência foi a pior que já tive, nunca tinha visto gente tão mal educadas, desde os hóspedes até os funcionários. Fujam pq é uma furada."
