"Unfortunately for us there was a hurricane stirring up in the Bahamas during our visit in mid October. The storm created lots of wind and seaweed along the shore in front of the property. Although his workers tried to clean up the beach it was impossible to stop the seaweed from covering the beach. Chris informed us of a back road that took us to some calmer waters where we were able to spend some fun water time. "

"Our home for the week was clean, well equipped and accommodated our group of 4 comfortably. We all loved the sea wall and explored the ocean life near it every morning! "Amazing location directly on the water. Snorkeling right outside in the shallow waters we saw stingrays, barracudas and all types of fish. "The house was spacious and was a really great property. There were plenty of water toys and equipment that we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size. "Absolutely incredible views! The house was beautiful and very clean. The property manager Luke met us when we arrived which was very refreshing! He showed us the property and told us the places for groceries, dining out, boat rentals etc.. This property came with new kayaks and paddle boards too! "We stayed at Parlay at Sunset 11/12-11/17. The home is huge and beautiful! I was almost sad we had such a large space for 3 people... almost! The yard and beach are gorgeous!We never saw anyone else on the "private" beach. Charles made sure we were well taken care of and even brought us homemade punch and rum! We will be back!!"
