"Having previously stayed at the hotel many years previously, we decided to book for a post-Christmas break and to attend the new year celebration. Our room was well looked-after by housekeeping with bed-making and turn-down provided. The pool was lovely and the gym well-equipped. The New Year's Eve event was very enjoyable with delicious meal and good local band. Breakfast was a delight with help yourself continental and full english on offer. Alternatively, one could order from the kitchen....

"The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...

The staff are more than happy to help , its spotless , well designed and the food is brilliantly presented and tastes delicious. "Great location lovely view of bay hotel was amazing only downfall at hotels was staff sometimes had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get served at the bar and on check out nobody there to settle bar bill of £5.85 for a pint of beer and got email to say I'd left the property without paying lol if someone was there at reception i would have sorted my bill out but had to leave as taxi was waiting ✋️ 😀 "

"Wonderful stay at L’Horizon. Staff extremely friendly, go above and beyond to make holiday extra special. The best location, on the beach at St Brelade’s bay. The beach is fabulous in rain or shine, wonderful views from sea front balcony. Cosy rooms, great pillows! Food and wine excellent. Fabulous local bus service (12A) and close to the airport via local taxi (or bus #12)."

The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again.
