"O lugar parece cenário de filme, tudo foi mais que perfeito, o atendente da recepção falava português, amamos tudo, as áreas infantis eram excelentes, tudo foi ótimo, a única reclamação que tenho a fazer que nos boxes dos banheiros tinha mofo acumulado no chão e abaixo do chuveiro solar, de resto tudo muito bom, boa qualidade, cozinha bem equipada, o chale tinha até cadeirinha pro meu filho, perfeito demais"

"We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste...

We appreciated the help from the owner when we needed it and was helpful at answering our queries before our stay. "Merci pour l'excellent accueil et l'ensemble des informations. les prestations sont à la hauteur de nos attentes, le lieu est calme et protégé des nuisances de la voierie située bien en contre bas. Possibilité de trouver qqs buches de bois en supermarché pour une flambée, sinon il faut anticiper en période de congés et fermeture de magasins. Un séjour qui nous laisse un très bon souvenir."

"We had a nice time, the outside swimming pool was very nice. Only thing we missen was a embrella on the balkony, because it was very hot the days we where in Morzine. Tom was very helpfull and kind hè send us nice info for things to do with the kids."
