"Unfortunately we had booked to stay prior to Christmas and hadn't anticipated there being large Christmas parties going on. The first night the disco went on until 12.30 and we were above it so unable to sleep due to the constant boom boom boom of the music. Staff agreed to move us to a different room for the rest of our stay and it was both quiet and more comfortable. "Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey."

"We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating."
