"Hotel was spotless, the facilities were excellent and staff lovey. Our room wasnt quite ready when we arrived so we went to use the facilities. Staff were helpful, showing us where to go. Towels were provided and the pool and changing rooms were spotlessly clean. The pool is the warmest i have ever used, was like being in a bath! There was also a jacuzzi, steam and sauna. "The hotel was nice with very friendly staff and had great amenities however the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as there was dirt in the bath and we found lipstick stains on the glasses before we used them, there’s lots to do in the local area, however I would not recommend the hotel bar as £7.50 and for a old Mout cider and £19 for a gin and tonic is day light robbery "
