"Excellent location outside of the Ali’i Drve congestion. The accommodation was huge, the kitchen large , the balcony large…I never expected so much room. Our view was gorgeous of the ocean and cliffs only about 100 feet away. Sea Village was quiet, the staff were welcoming and everything was great."

"Loved the house and always love staying at the Hali Kai. The only thing that was not so great is taking trash to dumpster last night there were tons of rats running around the top and inside when we opened the lid. Not great! "

"Estadia maravilhosa, hotel muito lindo, com um paisagismo belíssimo, excelente infraestrutura, estacionamento gratuito, apartamentos gigantescos com varanda (todos com vista para o mar, apreciando o por do sol), excelente localização, próximo ao centro de comércio e serviços da cidade. O hotel conta com um depósito com cadeiras de praia, guarda-sóis, esteiras, coolers à disposição dos hóspedes, sem custo algum, mediante disponibilidade. Isso nos ajudou bastante. O fato de não ter arrumação...

"Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay here again. The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing as promised. The beds were comfortable, which is a huge priority for me. The location is not super convenient to activities, but it is a quiet neighborhood. The only major complaint for us was the living room furniture. Every piece was uncomfortable and falling apart. There was no really comfortable place to sit together and chat. "

"Stayed with two families, with 5 children under 10. House entrance is gorgeous with all kinds of interesting plants and water features to explore with littles. The main area is breathtaking and while it took some time to acclimate to no AC it was worth it. The layout of the property was a little unclear (main house has master bedroom upstairs , then a separate whole unit above garage, and another unit with 2 bedrooms on ground level and even with large fans it stayed pretty hot all night....

"Chose this house because of location. Our first time on the big island so wanted to visit both Hilo and Kona side. Location allowed for good options each day as it was less than 2 hours from Hilo, and only an hour away from Hilo . House is great and host is super responsive. You can tell how much this house is cared for. The home is somehow cozy and spacious at the same time. Very charming decor and has a ton of stuff for family nights. "The property location and spectacular views from the condo were exceptional. The condo was very clean and found it exactly like the photos. Well appointed kitchen. Living area including bedroom area and adjacent bathroom were beautifully decorated. Could not open the sliding glass door on the lanai to let in breeze. We were not given the correct address for the condo in our paperwork supplied to us. Had difficulty locating condo as address given was the Knutson office. Very quiet unit...

"If you go to the Big Island, this is where you want to stay. The view is the best. We saw sea turtles every morning. It was less than 10 minutes from a good-sized farmer's market. All the stuff in Hilo is just 30 minutes away. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Lots of beach gear! Thank you."

"Hotel bem localizado e estrutura geral boa, porém encontra-se degradado, sem reformas, dando aspecto de abandono. Serviço de camareira péssimo, não colocou toalhas de banho por 2x, tendo que reclamar por elas, entrou no quarto e não retirou o lixo, não arrumou as camas alegando que tinha objeto pessoal em cima dela. Cafeteira do quarto quebrada. Uma das recepcionistas excelente, as demais são razoáveis."
