"We only stayed there a brief time, but its a cute place with lots of lovely fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen was nice and stocked. Lots of cute little lizzards outside. Even though the place doesn't have air conditioning it was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the outside shower was amazing. "

"Nicely furnished, cozy studio bungalow in a beautiful, secluded garden setting. Nicely equipped kitchenette, relaxing seating area, and comfortable bed. Walk-in, open shower is impressive. Easy check-in, parking right in front, good communication with host. Fell asleep to frogs croaking and woke up to birds chirping. Wonderful stay!"

"Lehua looked great in the add and was far better in person. We loved our stay-and seriously considered asking if we could stay longer. “LLC” had everything we needed and more-we were able to cook all our meals in a delightfully comfortable setting. Coqui frogs, though invasive, were a lovely treat to fall asleep to at night. We were unbelievably close to Volcanoes NP, for the fountaining lava and close enough to summit Mauna Kea! "This spot was awesome! The neighborhood didn’t have a great reputation with the locals but we honestly had no problems at all staying on this part of the island. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and even offered lots of really great recommendations for things to do while we were there. "We had the best time at this little hideaway! It was perfect for the 2 of us and David and Wendy are wonderful. We didn't take advantage of the on site laundry, but it was so nice to have it available if needed.Property was as described if not better. Everything we needed. No wifi, but there is a cafe not far if you need to get some work done. We loved the frogs lullaby each night, and petting Tuffy the donkey was a joy!"
