O hotel conta com um depósito com cadeiras de praia, guarda-sóis, esteiras, coolers à disposição dos hóspedes, sem custo algum, mediante disponibilidade. Isso nos ajudou bastante. O fato de não ter arrumação...

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."

"1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure. "

"Great spot a little dated close to everything walked right across the street to the ocean. It suited us just to sleep shower and even cook food and somebody must’ve left behind Band-Aids and peroxide. I was so glad to find that because I fell in the typos and was able to clean it and have a Band-Aid. Comfortable for two people we were able to buy food and cook her own meals, which made it a little more cost-effective for our vacation to enjoy other things. "Place was not cleaned before we arrived due to a miscommunication between the property owner and his cleaning person. Was taken care of but it took a decent amount of trying to get a hold of anyone to get the issue resolved. Room itself was good and everything worked, except for the TV. Overall, it's a good spot as long as you don't really plan on doing much at the place you are staying besides eating breakfast and sleeping. Great location to walk to a ton of restaurants in Kona."

"Great quiet condo with wonderful amenities and excellent location. Condo was very clean and well-stocked for our needs. All instructions were very clear and helpful. Two nice pools (one saltwater on the ocean) and a great beach to chill on under the palm trees. Great outdoor lanai dining area and built in couch. Would stay again as a couple as there is only one bedroom*. Amazing property!"

"This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place...
