"Beautiful hotel and nicely decorated rooms. At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "Parking was difficult as you have to park on the promenade. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff are brilliant, every one of them couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. All toiletries are of very high quality as is the dining area too. Would certainly recommend this hotel."
