"Beautiful hotel and nicely decorated rooms. At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order). I was with a 1 year old child, pregnant and had heavy suitcases, however she insisted there's was nothing she could do to help, treated us poorly and did not seem to care. "We had a wonderful, warm welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the gluten free choice. Parking for 6 cars, although there is additional parking on the road. We will definitely be returning "
