"Our first time here and we’ll definitely be returning! Ideal for the beach as it’s so close by The staff are excellent really friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm . Thoroughly enjoyed our break oh and fabulous breakfasts from choice to service and quality ingredients and served piping hot .. well done all of you "

"We stayed with our dog - very late arrival and paid for late check out. It was nicer than we expected and the staff and services were all great. Very comfy bed. "Stayed in two different rooms as I had to unexpectedly extend my stay. The staff are absolutely lovely, and very helpful, room service and restaurant are both excellent. I would recommend opting for one of the “deluxe” options, as there is a significant difference in room quality compared to the standard room. "

At check-in, reception staff called Victoria was not very welcome and did not seem keen on relocating us to another room (the one given to us was on a lower level and the lift was out of order).
