"The staff here were GREAT! I wish I got the name of the lady that checked us in - she was phenomenal, both in the check-in process, serving us at dinner, and helping us with a special request. The room was great - zero complaints. Shower pressure was excellent and bed was comfy. We had a great sleep. We stayed here to be close to Durdle Door and got exactly what we came for. Zero regrets (other than forgetting to register for the parking permit ahead of actually entering the public parking...

"Excellent hotel - great find. Very pet friendly. Also very child friendly - be prepared if children not your thing. Lovely indoor pool. Lovely grounds. We stayed in the Deluxe Room which was a great size and design. Lovely views from the balcony - sea, sand, swans and sunsets - amazing!"
