"All the staff were wonderful. Our second time there and they remembered our names and couldn’t have looked after us any better. The Kids Club staff were brilliant (shout out to Isi and Tash) who cared for and loved our grandchildren each time they went. One of our grandchildren had their birthday while we were there and they made it so special for her, even organising a cake. Friendly and genuine. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Sigatoka is a 20 minute bus trip (for all of $2!) to get...

"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag. As for the staff, very kind."

"4泊しました。マナ島の半分がマナアイランドリゾート＆スパの敷地だそうです。アイランドブレ(30㎡で1番安い部屋)に夫婦と子供1人で利用させていただきましたが、十分な広さです。施設は少し古い感じはありますが、朝夕の食事(ビュッフェとアラカルト、鉄板焼きを利用)はとても美味しかったです。朝はほとんど毎日同じようなメニューでしたが、チキンカレーとフィッシュカレーが日替わりであり、美味しかったです。 夕は1週間毎日メニューが変わって色々食べれるので、飽きずに楽しめると思います。 そして何より働いている職員さんが、皆さん陽気で良い人です。日本人の職員さんも居るので、日本語しか話せない私でしたが、困ることなく過ごせました。またフィジーに来たら利用します。 ブィナカ"

They need to prepare some instruction for guests to understand the prices and proceses, specially considering that their logistics changed id there was a private function. But otherwise was a great place, clean, with very welcoming staff, great facilities."
