"What a wonderful experience. Starts with a beautiful open boat ride with your host Bill and Paula from the big island to your homestay. The water is crystal clear. Keep your eyes open for fish and other marine life. Your first view of your cabin is right when the boat comes in to drop you off. "Really can't rate this place highly enough, the location was awesome being right across the road from the beach and jetty. Snorkeling out front was great, kids loved the horse riding on the beach. Was a short drive to kula wild adventure park which the kids loved also. The house and gardens were beautiful. Papu and Vanshika who looked after the property were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Papu cut us fresh coconuts from the property which were delicious. There were several restaurants and...

"We loved the overall experience of staying at De Vos. The highlight was absolutely the De Vos Team looking after us. Nothing was too much, they were so friendly, cheerful and warm. I miss them already. We took part in pretty much all the of the activites that were on offer - a welcoming cava ceremony, watching Ju climb the palm trees to collect fresh coconuts for us to drink and to prepare our meals, Lovo ( cooking in the ground on hot stones - my favourite meal ) a goodbye meke and bonfire on...

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house is set up well and the view from the balcony is lovely. Paula and Sarah cooked us amazing meals! The snorkelling with sharks was also amazing. Only thing we would say is that we felt we never saw Paula and bill and wish we could have seen them more! Perhaps this was also because of our short stay"

"My husband and I honeymooned at Wavi Island and could not have dreamed of a better vacation. Shabana and Josh were extremely friendly and accommodating. The island feels magical, great for a romantic escape or a family stay with plenty of Peter Pan-type exploration for for the kids. We had a relaxing and romantic visit and Josh and Shabana provided local recommendations for food and activities that made our stay even better. "Loved the property. Top of hill location. Host helped with luggage, but will need to walk up 100 steps.... Health 57 &60 year olds, we handled the stairs fine.
