"The property was a comfortable place to spend time just relaxing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. The only discrepancy would be the VRBO description states "Dishwasher" and there is not one available. Also, there are a large selection of pots and pans, but only 3 that worked on the convection stovetop. but being that there was just 2 of us it all worked out fine. "

"We were in the area celebrating our 16 year old daughters birthday with a couple of her friends. Initially she was disappointed we weren't right on the beach but the minute we walked into our adorable little 'cottage', 4 otherwise hard to please teenagers fell in love. The beach was close enough, we got to walk to Ron Jon and for some really delicious ice cream (at Pete's), and there was plenty of good food in the area! We couldn'tstay!stay!staystay!"

"We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. That said, the quiet was great and the Tipsy Rooster across the street alwyas had great live music at night! It was a great fit for us, although...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Margarita cottage. It was close to Duval but far enough away that we didn't hear anything at night. We rented bikes and got everywhere we needed to. The only "problem" we experienced was the mattress being a bit soft. Aside from that, we had a great time!"

Maquina de secar nao fechava e demais utensilios velhos. Eu hosto muito do Hotel, mas precisa ser renovado.... ao menos os eletrodomésticos "

I don’t know why, but there was a lot of street noise late at night that could be heard through the door. We were right on the ocean which was nice. The front desk helped us with our room key. "
