" the apartment is beautiful and well designed and has so much space- 10/10- just be aware the outside ambience is warehouse district so it looks a little sketch driving in, however security was on site and made us feel more comfortable and the actual stay was perfect. Here for dental work from the states and this was perfect, large kitchen, plenty of space and clean and modern. "

"O local é lindo , a limpeza é ótima . Mas o que me decepcionou e me trouxe momentos de completa insatisfação foi o chuveiro . Além de pouca água . Quando falou pouca é quase nenhuma dava de contar as coroas do chuveiro . E a pouca água que tinha ainda era praticamente fria . E não foi algo que aconteceu 1 ou dois dias . Eu estive hospedado por 11 dias neste hotel e nenhum dia o chuveiro estava adequado ."

"We really enjoyed this condo. The view was outstanding. The pool area was really nice with comfortable lounge chairs and had enough lighting that you could enjoy reading and relaxing late in the day. The beach area was fun the watch the dock area. The restaurant to the south wasn't amazing but nice to have an option on the beach. Great location overall! "

"I love Cancun Plaza and loved the condo we stayed in. The only thing between the ocean and our balcony wa the beach. The pool is great and there are several places to eat that are walkable. The Bus stops right in front and wi take you everywhere for 12 pesos. I would stay here again."

"The staff in the block s very helpful, but the flat is a major letdown. The kitchen is barely functional and is equipped with 2 frying pans and a sauce pan. There were plates and mugs but just one glass. The cooker is tilted to one side and so is the fridge. Toaster is old, dirty, unusable. Showers don't work properly . Pillows are horrible. The air conditioning was fine. The swimming pool area is nice and the staff at the block friendly. But there is no care put in the flat for the most basic...

"This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "
