"This is our 5th house in this neighborhood in Arnold’s Park. This house feels very rundown and was so incredibly DARK. The concrete walk leading to the door is broken up. There were only 3 chairs around the outside patio table. The kitchen table is a bar table with 5 backless stools, which is well past replacing. The master bedrooms mattress is foam on top of 4 wooden planks. It was terribly uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom is a loft space open to the main level with a deck off of it. No privacy....

"I arrived while cleaner was still there… 4:00 but that was ok. I was discouraged for the second time renting this house that not only was the grille dirty but oven was filthy. It’s a self cleaner…?? The property host was awesome got back to me in a timely fashion👍. Had issues with Roku tv .. and unfortunately due to weather we were inside more than other times.. agree. Just regular cable would’ve been so much easier. Had a nice stay but initially it was listed as a 5 bedrooms in one website...

"We loved the location next to the outdoor pool. The condo was very nice and clean. We were excited to have the outdoor firepit as I think we were the only condo with one. A little deceiving as it was listed as 4 bedroom but was really only 2 bedroom, 1 open loft, and a living room with pull out couch. Need directions to find the thermostat (found in garage closet). Everything else was great."

"House had lots of room for our family. We really enjoyed having a beach area for the kids to play. The dock also was handy for using our boat. Nice quiet location. "

"We all loved the house and being right on the lake was a big plus. We all liked going walking on all of the nearby trails. We will be back next year but maybe sooner so that we can enjoy some of the other activities."
