"Everything was as advertised and everything worked well! The cabin stayed nice and cool, but the upstairs was a little warmer. There were fans upstairs. The only issue we had was the grill was so dirty that it started on fire and there weren’t many grilling utensils. We also had to wash some pans before we used them, but that is pretty normal when so many other people are sharing a space. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This place is awesome! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). The hosts did an amazing job with the amenities.... from the game cabinet, K-cup variety, kitchen necessities and kayaks, there was nothing our family needed that we couldn't find. Everything in the home is top of the line. It really felt like we were staying in a high end cabin! Would definitely recommend this location!!"

"Four of us stayed one night at this cute tiny house and we had plenty of room. It's on a cute property with multiple differently styled tiny houses and cute little lake. The Host was friendly and provided responses in a timely manner. We would definitely come back."

"We were a group of 4 kiddos and 6 adults for 4th of July weekend. This place was in a great spot and we loved backing up to the quiet of the preserve. The place is as described in the photos. We had great immediate communication with Adam. Everything we needed was in the house. Bonus, the neighbors were super fun and nice! Highly recommend. "

"My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. "

"The cabin was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, toiletries, etc. This was the best stocked rental I have ever stayed at. There were actually 6 beds instead of 4 which was a pleasant surprise although there were bunks and then 2 others were in a loft area. Some updated pictures of the cabin to include this would be helpful. The outdoor area was great for a fire and a few games with a pretty view of the lake. There was not a lot of communication from the...
