"Good size rooms. Clean. The rooms with 2 beds are 2 double beds, not queen size. Good breakfast. Thin floors--I found the sound of people tromping above me annoying. Requested a top floor room when I made the reservation but there were none available when I checked in. "

"Unique hotel and vibe! Our room was spacious and we loved all of the tall windows! It was more like a studio loft apartment. Loved the contactless check-in process. The technology worked as it should and was so convenient. Property was conveniently located for our activities. We would stay here again. The bed and bedding were comfortable, but I hated the pillows, they were cheap.... need to replace with down or down alternative. Our only other complaint is the check-in is at 4:00 p.m....

"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "Stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was super nice. Very modern, clean & comfortable. The pool/hot tub were very nice. We were able to enjoy the courtyard with various seating options. They do offer for purchase breakfast and dinner as well as Starbucks. Located next door to a shopping mall. Great stay & will be back in a few months."
