The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. "This little guesthouse is quite adequate for a single person needing a short-term place to stay. I stayed here for a couple of weeks while relocating to the area and searching for a more permanent home. It is in a very quiet neighborhood (but there was some noise from someone doing lawn work and sawing - a neighbor perhaps - on a Saturday when I wanted to sleep in, a little annoying, but unavoidable).
