"My family stayed at this lovely property for 6 weeks and we loved it! It was close to everything we needed, the unit was lovely, the owners were very responsive, and the amenities were outstanding! We will be coming back!"

"We arrived at the condo and it smelled bad. The refrigerator had old stuff left in it. It had not been wiped out the hall closet smelled of cat urine. Every bed had trash and hair in the bed. The downstairs half bathroom had dried blood on the floor and dried urine on the lid of the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The upstairs hall bathroom tub had black dirt in it. Trash piled up outside the back door. I would never rent from this host ever again. The host said she would refund...

"This was a great place to stay in Jacksonville. Nice location. Clean. Comfortable. I would stay here again."

"Nice stay. Address different than stated on the site. Clothes were still in the washer, and the dishwasher was not ran for the dirty dishes. But overall everything was nice and comfortable and quiet for the most part, except for during the day pool noise, hallway noise(apt right outside the elevator) and noisy above neighbors."
