"5/5 Stars We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mariana's coastal retreat! We came to Jacksonville to see the Nicki Minaj concert. The space was perfectly suited for a nice getaway - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Mariana was a fantastic host, promptly addressing a minor issue with the lock and ensuring our stay was seamless. The accommodations truly made our trip special. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing...

"We booked an extended weekend to visit my mom in her final days with terminal cancer. Just a couple days after booking, Hurricane Debby hit the east coast. We traveled in from Virginia, down the I-95 corridor, heading south on Thursday, the day Ole Debbie made the 2nd landfall in SC. Somehow we managed to avoid the worst of Debby and we were able to spend a few days with my mom. The little time we were able to spend at the house was great. We played a few games of billiards with the kids...

"Just as advertised. Nice property in nice location. Absolutely no complaints or issues. Would recommend."

"We were in town for a football game, so we were looking for something close to the stadium This is obviously an older house that the owners have done a great job with, as far as renovation of the interior. Everything was great, and there’s a cool little fenced in hangout area in the backyard that we really liked. We only had one minor issue upon checking in, and they got it resolved for us within minutes, we would book this location again if we came back to Jacksonville."

"Luis was an amazing host. My 77 year old mom was fleeing to jax from Hurricane milton in ft. Myers. We have cats and she's allergic so we needed to find somewhere for her to stay. Luis didn't have the home listed as available for the 1st day but he called vrbo and was able to add the night so she could be safe. He was super communicative, and just so sweet. The home itself was bigger than expected, so clean, updated and just felt like home. A great place for her to be in this stressful time....

"This apartment was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Deb was so nice and explained getting in to me with ease. She gave me great suggestions on things to do in the area with the kids. The bed was so comfy! I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"Everything was as advertised. Our stay was excellent and communication with the host was great. The only complaint I have is that the check in information was not sent until the day we left. I would have been more comfortable getting all the information at the time our payment was made."

"The pictures do not prepare you for how beautiful the house is. There were 10 adults and 4 kids and we all were able to be in the same area without crowding each other. The covered pato allowed us to cook out on the grill despite the rainy weekend. We werent able to go to the beach but there was shopping and entertainment within 10 minutes. covdred patio andnyaannadded"

"Convenient location. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Check in easy!! Would have like a cookie sheet or baking dish but overall kitchen well stocked."

"We stayed here for a couple of days to avoid the hurricane, and the host was so responsive and helpful for anything we needed! The house was great, we had plenty of cooking utensils, the rooms were situated really nicely. I would definitely recommend this stay."
