"Overall this property fit our needs for a couple nights. It had basic necessities in a private woodsy location. Not as clean as we would prefer, but our family was happy for beds, a bathroom, and kitchen amenities on Orcas!"

"When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. For what it’s worth, the help line was super friendly and did everything in their power to help. When we got in all the art work was missing off the walls. The nails and hooks were all still there, and even dust from where the frames use to hang, but no art (very weird). There was also promise of Duraflame logs (required) for...

"Some windows did not lock & heaters were hidden n in a closet. No instructions for TV & VACSA never responded to emails! You are truly on your own! Beware of hidden costs like the hot tub that I did not use & had VACASA remove from bill"
