"We loved our stay at the Q house in Anacortes. The cottage was neat, clean, quiet and very comfortable, especially the king bed! It was easy to get to shopping, restaurants, parks and the ferry on the island by car. The ferry to San Juan island's Friday Harbour was a highlight. We could walk to the Tommy Thompson trail and Bob's chowder bar for lunch and some nearby antique and thrift shops. Parking in the driveway was a bonus! "Our construction crew stayed at the house while working on a street project. They enjoyed the hot tub, board games and all the other stuff available. Plenty of hot water, towels and blankets! Enough room for everyone to have their own space."

Despite having an engineer and a realtor with us, we struggled with the front door lock every time, successfully opening it only once. We had to resort to entering through a window ( which could be a separate problem). I don’t know if it is broken or they need to give better instructions. From the steps down to the beach, to the incredible views from the spacious porch, to the cozy couch and warm propane stove, to the high ceilings and large windows in the master bedroom - we just loved it.
