"My wife and I were looking for a place to get away from the hustle. Orcas Island and particularly the Madrona Suite were just what we were looking for. The studio is spacious for two and very comfortable. The view out the large picture window is wonderful. There is wifi but no TV, which was fine with us. We brought a laptop and did stream a show or two with no issue. The hosts are very nice people. They provided us with information on the islands and left us to our own devices. If we hadn't...

"The room was brand new and in perfect condition. We enjoyed the common area with the ability to grab a morning coffee and as well do some laundry. The suite in the perfect location to explore Friday Harbor on foot. Would recommend, especially for larger groups as you can book multiple rooms and enjoy the common areas together! "

"We arrived at unit XXXXA at 7:40 p.m. and were finally able to enter an hour later. Vacasa had sent me 10 emails before our arrival, all with the wrong unit number (XXXXA) and incorrect check-in instructions. It was dark and raining, and after spending about 15 minutes trying to get in, I called Vacasa. It took 10 minutes to reach an operator and another 10 minutes for the property manager to call me back. To make matters worse, the instructions directed us to a unit two doors to the left...
