Beautiful views and this updated condo was perfect for our family with a great TV room, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to Hope Lake Lodge and eating at Carver’s steakhouse and picking up pizza to bring home at Greek Peak. Short drive to Gutchess Baseball fields and close to downtown Cortland. Will stay again!"

"Truly this place is amazing. Upon entering, everything was super clean. Floors/Counters were immaculate and there was a perfect amount of décor without there being tchotchkes taking up valuable surface area. Darren was incredible even when things went wrong. He was very responsive ahead of time and had the unit set up perfectly for our stay, even bringing in an extra table and chairs so that we had a place to decorate cookies!! "Location was great, 4 minutes from our job. Place was clean, coffee provided (which is always super important). When traveling, it’s always a question as to where are you going to eat, and this location did not disappoint. The taphouse below on the ground floor was really great. This property was exactly what we were looking for and would probably say again."

"Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

"While the accommodations were great, there was a miscommunication as to who to contact. The guideline sheet needs to be updated. There is no dishwasher and the contact person on the guideline sheet is no longer there. Other than a few minor kinks, we definitely would stay again."

"When we entered, it seemed too good to be true. So spacious! But all that beautiful space was for us! My college friends and I had a wonderful stay! Fresh blueberry muffins one morning and scones the next made breakfast on the porch a real treat. It was easy to get back and forth to Colgate.Beds were comfy. What more could I ask for!?!"

"Property okay but limited in exterior visual appeal. Don’t think looking at property dumpsters from condo is appealing. Overall property appeal and presence was less than expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful, just not too readily available. In condo, there were very limited kitchen supplies. Other VRBO properties I have stayed in had basics in the kitchen: salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc. and utensils: whisk, turner, rubber scraper. This property had none of these.....

"Loved this little place! My family of 6 was very comfy, and 2 bathrooms made it easier to get out in the morning. Very clean and convenient literally right at Greek Peak!"

"The condo was cozy, clean and conveniently located for our family. Everything you need is provided, communication was quick and clear. The kids thought it was the coolest place ever and “way better than a hotel room!” If baseball brings us back to the area we’ll most definitely cook again."

"Loved everything about the location! We had a blast and this was a girls trip with me, my sister and my two nieces. We went tubing since we figured that would be safer than Floridians attempting to ski. The ONLY thing that happened was the upstairs hairdryer caught on fire but luckily it was while it was in our hand and we aired out the room- the front desk immediately replaced it. The rest of the trip was spectacular!!"
