The only problem we encountered was it happened to have been very hot weather that week and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. We reached out to owner in regards to this and was told they would not be able to get anyone out there to look at it until the next day. "We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!"

"My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. "

"We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."

"The baseball apartment was perfect for the two of us. It could work for a family with small children, but would require using the pull-out couch. We loved the baseball-themed artwork, and baseball wallpaper in the bathroom. While we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, Pete and MJ, they were very communicative in advance, and provided us their cell numbers and direct email if we needed anything during our stay. "Bruce was a fantastic host. Property and apartment are beautiful. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for a nearby family wedding. Kitchen is spectacular and so well pla ned out. Great appliances, too! Will definitely be baxk"
