"Absolutely perfect weekend getaway. The house offered plenty of space for our group of 10. The fireplace made it so cozy. With the current outdoor burn ban, we didn't get to enjoy the firepit but the property was beautiful and scenic. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. "Great location, lots of local hiking, beautiful area. House had a ton to offer for the kids, but we spent most of the time outside! Hosts very quick to respond and included thoughtful extras for our dogs. Highly recommend!"

"We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware....

"The house was very well kept and clean. We loved the location of the house (15 min. to Dream Park, so close to 3 local breweries, and was in a country setting). The beds were very comfortable. We used the laundry facilities onsite which was so clean! Only thing that would have made the house absolutely perfect, would be to have a 2nd shower rather than a bathtub upstairs. We did know this however before we booked, but quickly realized the need for it once we stayed here with 8 people! ...

"It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway"
