"Extremely poor Service"

"o hotel fica isolado de tudo e possui uma infra-estrutura precária. A praia é péssima, as instalações envelhecidas, o restaurante é fraco e caro. Destaques positivos é a atenção, educação e simpatia do staff, comum a todo povo de Fiji e o quarto que ficamos que era muito confortável."

"A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, poeira acumulada sobre cabeceira da cama, nas tampas das lixeiras... "

"We liked the friendly staff everywhere, and in particular the amazing singer that graced us with his music during breakfast. We liked the easy access to the beautiful beach of Natadola, and being able to borrow the beach canoes. a thank you for an amazing stay!"

"The host said he did not work with Orbitz even though I paid orbitz for my stay so I had to personally pay the host for my stay which he charged me over $100 over the orbitz price. Also he was messaging me through the orbitz app and still claimed he do not “work with orbitz” and said orbitz was a fake booking. I don’t know if this was a scam or not. Also kayaks and bikes were an extra charge- most places this was included. "

"Really beautiful and relaxing hotel, out of the hustle of the touristy port. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had and sad to say goodbye to! Having no kitchen in the villa was more expensive with having to eat in the restaurant, as well as travelling to places on the buses from the hotel did add up, but for the peace and quiet of the location, it was fair play. Only been home a day and already missing Benjor!"
