Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package.
Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag.
As for the staff, very kind.
