"Guess what? I literally never stayed in the hotel. I didn't even breathe any of the atmosphere that was anywhere close to the hotel. Why the five stars? Because the customer service from Christopher at the front desk was the most top notch intergalactic experience from a place that I literally never stayed.. " Ficamos apenas uma noite. Hotel bem localizado com estacionamento e café da manhã incluídos na diária. Wifi excelente e gratuito. Cookies de cortesia na recepção além de chá e café 24 h no saguão do café. Quarto amplo e confortável . O café da manhã é estilo continental, com um pouco mais de opções que os demais. O único problema foi a diária cobrada no cartão que fiz a reserva e não o apresentado no check in, como combinado e escrito no envelope do express check out ."

"It is amazing. The room is big, clean, and quite. Breakfast and afternoo tea are good! Have a beautiful dinning hall where you can eat, drink, and read. There is a under-building parking lot, and you can park easily. "

"Great experience. It was cozy environment. The only downside is there was some remienence of trash in the trashcan itself. Also, the toilet had very low water pressure and would not go down when being flushed (don't know if it was clogged beforehand or what, but we didn't do it). Other than that i would stay again. "

"Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived late on 10/24 and the customer service personnel was amazing to go as far as writing us a personal note of what to check out based on our person interests. Staff was quick to address any issues such as a clogged toilet. I was beyond impressed with our view and the included continental breakfast was above and beyond. All staff were ever so courteous. I highly recommend this property. A short drive to town."

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was very good. It was very hard to find parking when returning from dinner."

"The view from the glass top restaurant was truly wonderful. The room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful."

"The breakfast and cookies offered were great. The sleeping area of our room was very small. Finding a place for luggage was a challenge. I did like the Victorian bathroom fixtures."
