The property is the perfect stay for anyone visiting the town or going to visit Acadia National Park! "This was the perfect place to stay for our groups MDI marathon weekend. We were super close to the finish line in Southwest Harbor, which is more peaceful than Bar Harbor. Both BH and SWH have plenty of great restaurants and Bar Harbor is only a 15 minute beautiful drive. "

"This place was perfect! It may sound strange but it’s the little things. The place smelled good. Loved the layout, it was quiet, nice and roomy for my husband and I. There were baskets in the bathroom on the wall that made it nice to be able to have somewhere to put your bathroom things. There was a nice full length mirror in the bedroom so I could do my makeup while my husband got ready in the bathroom. Blackout blinds. Dimming lights. King size comfortable bed. "We loved staying here at this cozy waterfront property. It was spacious and with a functional kitchen which was a plus! The location, although a bit away from Acadia, offered an escape from the busy-ness of Bar Harbor. The surroundings are serene with a lake just upfront. Overall a good experience. Just be prepared to check out on the dot at 10.00AM to make way for the cleaners."

"The property was located in a peaceful wooded area on the quiet side of Acadia. It was not far to the major attractions in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Comfortable, clean space. There really isn’t a kitchen - no stove or sink, but there is a microwave, coffee pot and you can wash dishes in bathroom sink. There is a fridge. It had everything we needed since we were not cooking - just reheating. Lots of information sent ahead by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Our stay was great! The property is located in a great place for the views. The only negative thing you can say is that if you are only coming to Maine for the biggest attractions, then you have a 15-20 minutes of additional driving. Not a big deal cause the views are great on the drive as well."
