"Could use some updating but had some bumps in the road but owner took care of my issues. Communication was great and issues was resolved based on that my experience was good. Appreciate owner manager taking care of my issues promptly would stay again. "

"Good location as we were doing things in and out of the metro area. We all thought the unit could have used more "outfitting" of basics people need and cleaning also needs to be beefed up. This however really didn't affect our stay so we enjoyed the place and I do recommend it as a VRBO host myself from Milwaukee "

"Was visiting a friend and needed something better than a hotel room. This fit the bill wonderfully. One suggestion is blinds on the two windows in the TV room. It felt a little exposed. "

"Nicely renovated and furnished condo. Could use a few amenities as other places provide, ie: a measuring cup for coffee, more than 1 roll of toilet paper and a place to hang your towels. We had the unfortunate luck of arriving during a snowstorm and experienced some issues with the heating but David was responsive to our questions and we understand the problems that come with an older property. "

"Where do I even begin? My stay was nothing short of amazing. If I had the chance, I would’ve extended my time without hesitation. The directions were clear, and while the property can be a bit of a maze to find, the journey was well worth it. The layout of the space was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. I can’t wait to return and hope it will be available for me and my family again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! "

"The condo was nice, but no one cleaned the hall when something was dropped. You never knew when a dog would get on the elevator with you and there was a party on the 1st floor across from us (so much for the noise restriction after 9) that didn't happen. Elevator key card did not work and was not replaced until the night before we left. But we were compansated"

"Property was on Whiskey row and within a mile of everything we wanted to do. From Bourbon tours, to the Louisville Bats game, and the Louisville Bat museum. The wives were jealous and want to return."

"Overall enjoyed our short stay. Host communication was great! A very cool building with a good location for everything we wanted to do. It didn't affect our group, but the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which we did not know until the check-in process was communicated. The steps are short & wide, so that was nice"

"Property manager provided concise info and it was so easy to get in property, he provided lots of useful details and instructions. Apartment was decorated beautifully and bed was so comfy and neighborhood was quiet! We slept great! I give it 10 stars! Would definitely stay again!"

"This little upstairs apartment was beautiful! Loved the decoration on the walls. Owner had pictures of famous Kentuckians in every room. Parking was great also. Greeter’s ice cream is a ten minute walk away. We love their ice cream! Nice and quite neighborhood "

"Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Porém pessoal d recepção EXTRA confuso com débitos no cartão de crédito que somos obrigados a deixar como garantia. A princípio a Recepção pré lança US$ 25 como garantia no seu cartão ai depois somos surpreendidos com outros lançamentos e temos que perder tempo explicando que são indevidos!!!! No meu caso houveram além dos $ 25, mais 02 lançamentos indevidos e mesmo comunicando e a recepção dizendo que o supervisor iria estornar um dos lançamentos permaneceu!!!! Dor de cabeça!!!!"
