"The Hancock House In Louisville is everything a business or pleasure traveler would ask for. Once you receive entry directions everything else is "auto pilot." Easy parking adjacent to the building, easy to remember entry codes all bring you to a very well appointed suite. The immediate neighborhood includes the populat New Lu area and the Hancock House is just a mile or so from the CDB. Great stay at a decent value"

"It was clean and comfortable. It was lovely from the moment we arrived. The walkway lit with twinkly lights and a cool photo station upon entrance. The bed was so comfortable my fiancé was still talking about it the day after. "

"photos online are staged- rooms weren’t cleaned well before our stay. Our room was right next to the road so it was loud all the time. Sink and counters didn’t seem to be cleaned. The room smelled horribly of smoke every time we entered. I had to go buy a can of febreze Overpriced for what it is. office/lobby is only open for a few hours a day. Person who checked me in was kind. But i left super early in the morning so had to chdck out over the phone once they opened. "

"Our party of 10 had a wonderful stay at the Highland Station at the Bellwether! Our apartment was spacious with a nicely appointed kitchen and large living room area perfect for our group to gather together and play games! The decor was retro and cool, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and large. The location was great with many restaurants and bars within walking distance! Highly recommend!"

"The stay was great! The only bad thing I have to say is that there was no one in staff to let us into the parking garage. We accidentally left the key fob in the truck, and we had to wait almost 24 hours to get it out. Luckily there were scooters around town to navigate into we could get our truck back out of its own "prison"! "

"Room was clean overall but the sliding door to the balcony was stuck open when we arrived. Luckily, the weather was decent ao it wasnt too big of a deal. One of the tibs on the bathroom was about clogged solid, so all of us shared one shower which is fine. We also didnt have the amaneties nfc tag in our room, though we hadnt planned on using any onsote facilities anyway. Parking isn't free and is a block away, however our event was the same direction as the parkong lot so it worked out for us....

"We usually stay in hotels when we are in Louisville but decided to try something new. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, very comfortable and well equipped. The host responded quickly to my question and was friendly. The neighborhood is lovely and restaurants and bars with in walking distance. Our stay was for 3 nights and next time we will stay longer!"
