"The check in process was ok. A bit cumbersome to step though but was fine once complete. Loading and unloading in the back was easier than expected and good proximity to the elevators. The listing said there would be two key cards, we received one. It was fine for us but might not be for a larger group. The place was very clean and orderly. "The property itself was clean and was clearly recently renovated. It’s definitely a loft and there’s lots of stairs. The property is very close to lots of attractions and it’s an easily walkable area. Being in the downtown, two blocks from a rescue mission, visitors will need to deal with the homeless population. Parking is either at a meter right outside the front door, or around the corner behind the building. "

"I came to Louisville to visit family and friends and do a bit of sightseeing. The VRBO quiet, yet close to interstates. The home is older and very well kept up, clean, everything needed is provided. Beautiful area of town. Owners were available if I needed anything (which I didn’t). I was very happy to have chosen this VRBO."
