"Our experience was excellent with the exception of the bed. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It made for an extremely long night of tossing and turning. After our first night, we asked if the mattress could be switched out. The lady we talked to thought they would be able to make that happen. Unfortunately, after we arrived back to the hotel rather late after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, we discovered that the mattress had not been switched...

"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"Clean room with a very comfortable bed. Nice big TV. The pool and hot tub were 24 hr which was a very nice bonus. Breakfast was great with lots of options and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Lots to do nearby. We have no complaints."

"Ótima localização porém o barulho incomodava um pouco. No primeiro dia tinha uma família conversando alto as 2h da manhã. Não fique em quartos perto do elevador… muito barulhento. "
