"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "

"Staff at check in were very nice. Room was clean. Hotel is close to the interstate. Shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes. Immediate surrounding area is a bit run down, but the hotel inside is nicer than expected. We were located on the 1st floor, which was nice because we had a dog. Walmart was only about 10 mins away, and also lots of big shopping areas. "
